"I’ve found that checking prices weekly on all of my properties, and making updates if needed, have really helped to keep bookings strong during recent slower months. Frequent listing comparisons have also helped. I try to set aside time each week to look at what comparable properties are offering (as far as pricing, listing quality, etc...) and then do everything I can to make sure that ours are better! Also, I find that the more details I add to the description and captions, the better the listing does. The saying “less is better” definitely doesn’t apply to our listings! Taking time to add royalty free photos of the area, and as much information as possible, definitely helps."
