Property Types/Who to Contact

Often agents wonder who they should contact. Its actually very simple. For Full Service Homes (grey on tape chart) its Devin and Jacob, for all others its the owner.

Below are more details on each type.

Full Service Properties (AKA “Managed homes”)

Tape Chart Color- Grey Discounts and Exceptions Approver- Devin or Jacob Contact for in house issues- Caretaker first then Devin or Jacob Description: These owners want a headache free solution The owners have tasked Devin and Jacob to handled everything for them with respect to their units. Do not contact the owners of full service (aka managed) units. These owners are paid after guest checkout.

Exclusive Wholesale Homes (AKA "Exclusives")

Tape Chart Color- Yellow Ultimate decision maker - Owner.

Description: These owners are relying entirely on us to fill their properties. They still want to have the final approval for each reservation and they want to approve any exceptions to their parameters. They normally have a caretaker who takes care of the home itself and the guests while in house.

Regular Wholesale Homes

Tape Chart Color- Green or Light red (Light red or dark red means calendar is not live) Ultimate Decision Maker - The Owner Description: These units are light green or light red on the tape chart. These owners are already actively trying to book their homes on their own. We are trying to book their home as well. They approve each deal and any exceptions to their parameters.
