The best advice I can give is to check the email and voicemails frequently. Responding quickly, sometimes multiple times throughout the day, is one of the best keys to closing more bookings. When you respond quickly, it helps the guests develop trust and leaves less time for them to go looking for other properties. Sure, you can check the email once a day or every other day and still make a few bookings, but you're going to lose a lot.
