[Sep 2014] Drianne Moncur - Agent of the Month


Corresponding with my clients in a timely manner has been key for me in closing deals. I remind myself that the client has inquired about multiple properties and it's just a matter of who has gotten back with them. I have lost some leads from not responding sooner so I know how important it is to keep tabs of my email. If the property they are inquiring about is not available during their dates, I not only tell them to go to our lavish website, but I also include links to properties that are similar to the property they originally inquired about. I also find that if a client has left a voicemail, calling them back is more effective than emailing. I do make sure that I know what time zone the client is in so I don't call them at a bad time.
