[May 2014] Harrison Neil - Agent of the Month

It's difficult to add to the words of advice of the past agents of the month as I haven't had any breakthroughs recently, but I have made one change the past couple months. I started a bit of a routine. Most of us are on our own schedules and that's a perk of this sort of job, but I have found that setting aside certain times of the day helps me to keep my leads "progressing." I have found that working at 7am and noon(HI time, not "hawaii time" haha) keeps me and my guests engaged in the booking process, I did this every day in May and it helped me close lots of bookings. Most of you may already be doing this, but I thought it was worth sharing because I've seen the benefits.
