I may not have a whole lot to add to what the great agents before me have said. But, I would recommend reviewing the training videos often. If we are given a new tool such as Zopim or phone extensions, utilize them. Get on the phone with your clients as often as possible and become a friend. I always make sure my clients learn a little bit about me and somehow this helps them to remain loyal to me throughout the booking rather than looking elsewhere. Along with them learning something about you, make sure that you learn something about them and refer to it often with describing the homes that you are offering them. Lastly, book Hale Ohana as much as you can. - Andrew
