[Dec 2013] Harrison Neil - Agent of the Month


One thing that has helped me a lot lately to close deals has been to urge guests to progress along in a timely manner. I'll say, "This is a very sought after home, let me help you get all the information you need to make your decision before this option goes."Another thing that has been working for me is to get the guests excited about their trip and our vacation rentals. I do this on the phone primarily, I say things LIKE, "I can't wait for you to see the view and feel the breeze." May sound cheesy, but people love it. I always feel the guest out first of course to see what excites them.
